As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time.

Position Overview:

This is not just a content producing role; it’s a creative marketing opportunity. We are looking for someone who can bring properties and brand storytelling to life through high-quality videography, photography, and marketing materials. You will play a crucial role in supporting our social media, email marketing, and print collateral efforts with fresh, visually captivating content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit listing videos, lifestyle videos, client testimonials, team highlights, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Create short-form content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
• Support content creation for email marketing campaigns and print marketing materials (brochures, postcards, flyers, etc.)
• Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels
• Organize and maintain a media library of photos and videos for ongoing use
• Stay updated on trends in video marketing, social media, and real estate advertising

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong understanding in videography, photography, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and content formats
• Experience in graphic design for print and digital assets is a plus (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in real estate or luxury markets is a plus but not required

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to travel to listing locations and events
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend shoots when needed
