Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, including demonstrated success managing and growing an X account for a brand, organization, or public figure.
• Strong understanding of X, including platform trends, audience engagement, content strategy, and best practices for driving growth.
• Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling posts that capture attention, spark conversation, and drive action.
• Experience representing a brand in online conversations while maintaining a clear, consistent voice and exercising sound judgment.
• Creative ability to identify compelling angles in existing content and make it relevant and engaging for audiences on X.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics, optimizing content, and developing strategies to increase video views, website traffic, and email sign-ups.
• Strong awareness of current events, news, and cultural trends, along with an understanding of PragerU’s perspective.
• Proactive self-starter who takes initiative, identifies timely opportunities, and consistently follows through while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong alignment with PragerU’s mission and values, with genuine enthusiasm for our content and audience.

Responsibilities

• Own PragerU’s presence on X, from strategy to daily execution, including publishing, engagement, and account growth.
• Develop strategies to increase video views, drive website traffic, and generate email sign-ups while converting audiences on X into regular viewers and supporters.
• Craft compelling posts that present our content and perspective in fresh ways, encourage sharing and conversation, and attract new audiences.
• Start and shape conversations through posts, replies, and quote posts. Use sound judgment about when to engage and when to move on.
• Monitor news, cultural moments, and trending discussions to identify timely opportunities to share relevant content and perspectives.
• Track performance and test messaging, calls to action, and posting strategies to improve results.
• Create original content and collaborate with creators to make existing content more compelling for audiences on X.
• Provide posting coverage on other social platforms as needed.

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $75,000 - $95,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
