A portfolio of 3–5 live accounts is required and Spanish is a plus for community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running brand social and hands-on Meta Ads Manager
• Hands-on Google Ads Display or Demand Gen
• Portfolio: 3-5 live or recent accounts + one paid campaign story
• Clear written English; Spanish a plus for comments
• Tools: Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, GA4, Sheets
• Comfortable in homebuilding and real estate

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Content calendar 2-4 weeks out: stills, Reels/Shorts, carousels
• Write on-brand copy (California custom / modular / prefab)
• Schedule and publish in Meta Business Suite / native tools
• Light design in Canva; pull from photographer and job-site photos
• Monthly content report: what ran, what held, what to kill
• Reply to comments and DMs within one business day during coverage hours
• Route leads via Zapier to Pipedrive and Calendly
• Light community watching: mentions and local housing news worth quoting
• Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta + Google Display)
• Create audiences: geo, remarketing, customer lists lookalikes
• Creative testing: 2-3 ad variants at a time
• Weekly spend and CPL snapshot; monthly learnings and changes
• Ensure conversion tracking hygiene (pixel / GA4 / lead form quality)
• No spend increases without a written reason
