Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of social media management experience, agency preferred.
• Proven track record of growing social accounts with measurable results.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling across multiple brands.
• Video editing experience with modern tools and formats.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Express, Figma and similar platforms.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Descript.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day social media across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Develop platform-specific strategies and content calendars.
• Create captions, hooks, scripts, and multi-channel copy.
• Write short-form video scripts for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Edit short-form videos with captions and branded elements.
• Coordinate and manage UGC creators when needed.
• Coordinate content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Threads.
• Deliver monthly performance reports and insights to clients.
• Utilize Sprout Social, Iconosquare, and native analytics.
