Blue Bear Creative - Social Media Agency, based in Denver, seeks a Social Media Manager who thrives online and loves turning data into action. You’ll lead community management, shape engaging editorial calendars, and drive measurable outcomes for consumer brands across major platforms.

You’ll craft captions, hooks, and scripts in the client’s voice, collaborate with the Strategy team, and help teammates grow through mentorship and feedback.

Qualifications

• Evidence of off-page comments or community moments that drove engagement.
• Experience managing a brand’s comments and DMs at high volume.
• Strong writing ability with adaptable brand tones.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Confident in engaging with clients and acting as a Blue Bear ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive off-page community management across relevant accounts.
• Handle on-page engagement daily and escalate sensitive issues per guidelines.
• Own fan/partner database and track creators, celebrities, and brands talking about the client.
• Collect UGC and obtain content owner permissions when needed.
• Identify fans, partners and creators worth building relationships with.
• Own the social presence and editorial calendar for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
