Pivyt is hiring a Social Media Manager to own strategy, content, and performance across client rosters in a hybrid Phoenixville, PA setting. You’ll turn brand positioning into scroll-stopping content and then use data to sharpen it weekly.

You’ll work with AI tools in ideation, drafting, and analytics while keeping a distinctly human creative edge and voice tailored to each platform.

Qualifications

• Experience running social for brands or personal account
• A portfolio of work you're proud of — short-form video
• Sharp writing instincts and a feel for how voice changes by platform
• Some experience with AI tools in your creative workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• The kind of taste that can tell when content is on-brand and when it's just... content

Responsibilities

• Build and execute platform-specific social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels
• Lead content creation end-to-end: concepting, scripting, coordinating shoots, editing, captioning, publishing
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and content production without losing the creative edge
• Track performance against real KPIs — reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS where applicable — and report what's working in plain English
• Collaborate with our paid media, creative, and strategy teams to make sure social ladders up to broader campaign goals
• Stay ahead of platform changes, format shifts, and culture — and bring ideas to the table before we ask

The Role

We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own the strategy, content, and performance of social across our client roster. You'll be the person who turns a brand's positioning into scroll-stopping content — and then uses data to make it sharper every week.

You'll work inside our creator systems, which means leveraging AI tools throughout your workflow — ideation, drafting, repurposing, analytics — while keeping the creative judgment firmly human.

What you’ll do
