CADAR is a fine jewelry house known for art-forward, sculptural designs in 18K gold, handcrafted by master artisans in Italy and New York. We work at the intersection of jewelry, art and collectible design, and social media is where much of that story is told.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a creative, strategic and highly organized Social Media Manager to oversee CADAR's social presence across all channels, with Instagram as the primary platform. You'll combine a strong creative sensibility with hands‑on content production, and you'll bring an understanding of luxury, fine jewelry, art, design and fashion.

- Collaborate with the Founder, internal creative team, photographers, videographers and external partners
- Keep all content true to CADAR's visual identity and tone of voice

Publishing & Channel Management
- Publish at least three Instagram feed posts per week, with a strategic mix of Reels, carousels and static imagery, plus regular Stories
- Manage publishing across all active channels, with frequencies and formats tailored to each platform rather than cross‑posting
- Write captions that communicate CADAR's creative inspiration, product stories, craftsmanship and values

- Manage the approval process with the Founder and Marketing team
- Optimize publishing times and formats based on performance, and support coordinated launches across platforms

- Monitor and engage with comments, direct messages, mentions and relevant conversations in an elevated, consistent brand voice
- Route product inquiries, boutique appointment requests and potential client leads to the right internal teams
- Identify collectors, brand advocates, artists, designers and influential community members
- Support creator and influencer initiatives, including gifting, collaborations and events
- Find ways to turn social interest into website visits, boutique appointments and client relationships
- Escalate customer service concerns or sensitive brand issues when needed

- Track reach, impressions, engagement, saves, shares, video views, follower growth, profile visits, website clicks and audience demographicsAnalyze posts, formats, themes and campaigns, and understand what drives top performance
- Set benchmarks and goals, test creative formats, messaging and timing, and share clear, actionable recommendations

- Manage incoming content requests and priorities, and join regular planning and performance meetings
Events, Partnerships & Special Projects
- Build social strategies around brand events, product launches, exhibitions and cultural partnerships
- Attend selected events to capture photography and video, and create pre‑event, live and post‑event content
- Coordinate social deliverables, creator content, cross‑promotion and collaborative posts with partners
- Identify partnership opportunities across the art, design, fine jewelry and fashion communities
