Job summary

AM Digital Designs, rooted in Lawrence, MA, is seeking a social media manager to build authentic, hyper-local communities across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn for our clients. You will own content calendars, coordinate ambassadors, and guide creators to reflect each brand's voice.

The role blends creative storytelling with data-driven growth, requires on-camera comfort and bilingual English/Spanish, and offers a hybrid work arrangement, with a base salary of 60k–75k plus health

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience managing professional brand social media accounts with measurable organic growth.
• Expert understanding of current social algorithms, platform-specific trends, and audio-driven content creation.
• Strong, snappy copywriting skills with a meticulous eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Comfortable being on-camera and directing others to create engaging video content.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable to engage effectively with our target demographics.

Responsibilities

• Manage Content Calendars: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn using Sprout Social, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Content Creation: Film, edit, and post short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) utilizing CapCut and Canva.
• Community Engagement: Monitor channels, respond to comments and DMs within 24 hours, engage with local community pages to boost organic reach.
• Ambassador Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison for Brand Ambassador network; review UGC weekly, provide direction, and track performance.

About the Role

Social media is the frontline of modern business. For the local businesses we represent, community engagement is the difference between surviving and thriving. We need a digital native who understands how to build authentic, hyper-local digital communities across platforms. You will be the voice of both AM Digital Designs and our key clients across public digital spaces.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

• Manage Content Calendars: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn using tools like Sprout Social, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Content Creation: Film, edit, and post short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) utilizing native app trends, trending audio, CapCut, and Canva.
• Community Engagement: Actively monitor channels, respond to comments and DMs within 24 hours, and proactively engage with local community pages to boost organic reach.
• Ambassador Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison for our Brand Ambassador network. Review their UGC submissions weekly, provide creative direction, and track their campaign performance.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 4–6+ years of experience managing professional brand social media accounts with proven, measurable organic growth.
• Expert understanding of current social algorithms, platform-specific trends, and audio-driven content creation.
• Strong, snappy copywriting skills with a meticulous eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Comfortable being on-camera and directing others to create engaging video content.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable to engage effectively with our target demographics in Lawrence and beyond.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience running micro-influencer or ambassador programs.
• Basic photography or lighting skills.

$60,000–$75,000/yr base salary (or $30–$40/hr on a contract basis), comprehensive health benefits, equipment stipend, and a highly creative, collaborative environment.
