Job summary

Virlo is hiring its first dedicated Social Media Manager to build and run our social presence: owning strategy, content, and reporting across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

You will develop and maintain a consistent content calendar, plan promotions for product launches, write and polish posts from founder input, and track engagement, follower growth, and signups to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of social media management for a B2B SaaS company or agency.
• Proven on LinkedIn and X with high-performing content.
• Strong copywriting and creative strategy skills.

Responsibilities

• Own social strategy and day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.
• Build and manage content calendar across channels.
• Plan and execute product launch promotions and feature releases.
• Write and edit content, turning founder input into posts.
• Track performance and report engagement, follower growth, signups impact.
• Partner with founders and marketing on direction and timing.
