Paycom - ATS is seeking a Social Media & Events Coordinator to plan and execute integrated social campaigns for agricultural & turf, construction, and equipment sectors from Columbia, MO. You will coordinate events, sponsorships, and dealership branding while liaising with marketing, sales, operations, and partners.

The role emphasizes multi-channel marketing, vendor management, and performance analysis to drive lead generation and brand growth across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, promotions, communications, event management, or related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, CRM systems, email and SMS marketing, and event planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
