Job summary

Tailwind Group seeks a Marketing Assistant to enhance online presence for a student housing property. You will craft engaging photo/video content for social platforms and aid outreach marketing to attract residents.

The role is part-time, 15–20 hours weekly, with nights/weekends as required. Office-based schedule and on-site work are expected, with a bonus potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Enrollment in marketing or communications degree is preferred.
• Experience editing with CapCut, Canva and Adobe Lightroom.
• Ability to present a creative portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo and video content for social media and promotional materials.
• Manage property social media profiles with regular posting and community engagement.
• Collaborate with office staff to support leasing and resident events marketing.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for consistent posting.
• Assist with campus outreach and local community events.
• Support turnover periods and assist with move‑in/move‑out procedures.
