Job summary

Tailwind Group is seeking a Marketing Assistant to elevate the property's online presence through engaging photo and video content across social platforms. You will drive outreach marketing to attract residents, support leasing, and orchestrate event promotion.

This in-office role requires 15–20 hours weekly with rotating nights and weekends. A portfolio demonstrating social media, design, and creative work is expected plus experience with CapCut, Canva and Lightroom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in customer service, sales, or retail is preferred.
• University enrollment in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Lightroom editing apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging social media content and promotional material.
• Maintain and grow property social media profiles with regular posts and responses.
• Support leasing and resident retention through marketing.
• Create and manage a monthly marketing calendar with campus/community outreach.
• Assist with events and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with team to highlight property features and amenities.
• Stay current on industry trends and social media best practices.
• Explore local partnerships to expand reach.
• Assist with turnover and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Work nights/weekends during turnover periods.
• Support other office operations as directed.
• Perform digital audits as assigned.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress code.
