Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting organic social media for a company, agency, or mission-driven organization.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to adapt voice for different audiences and channels.
• Hands-on experience with major social platforms and a scheduling/listening tool such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, content partners, SMEs, and senior stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Experience developing short-form video concepts or repurposing long-form content.
• Familiarity with accessibility, privacy, and brand-review considerations for social content.

Responsibilities

• Draft platform-appropriate copy and posts across priority channels.
• Publish and schedule content, maintain links, and perform final quality checks.
• Collaborate with Creative & Brand, Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and leaders to execute campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to issues per brand, privacy, and escalation guidelines.
• Track performance, derive practical insights, and adjust topics, formats, cadence, and distribution.
• Stay current on platform changes and audience behavior; test new approaches that support goals.
• Maintain organized content, approvals, and reporting records for visibility.
