Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years managing organic social media.
• Strong writing and editing across audiences.
• Experience with major platforms and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work with designers and senior stakeholders remotely.
• Experience in healthcare, education tech, HR tech, or B2B software.
• Experience developing short-form video concepts.
• Familiar with accessibility and privacy considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage enterprise social media calendar across priority channels.
• Draft platform-appropriate copy and briefs.
• Publish, schedule, verify links, and QA posts before publishing.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and leaders.
• Monitor performance and adjust topics, formats, cadence, distribution.
• Stay current on platform changes and audience behavior.
• Maintain organized content, approvals, and reporting records.
