Job summary

DivaDance Columbus is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook and turn online attention into studio bookings.

You'll craft engaging content, respond to followers, and stay on top of trends. This role rewards creativity, energy, and genuine conversations with potential clients to fill first-class slots.

Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging social content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Familiarity with trends, algorithms, sounds and new features.
• Ability to analyze performance data and optimize content strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Are you the person who always knows what’s trending on TikTok before everyone else does? Do you know what makes people stop scrolling, hit follow, and think, “OMG, I need to try this!”?

DivaDance Columbus is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help us grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook and turn that attention into real people walking through our studio doors.

What You'll Do

• Create, post, and manage engaging Reels, Stories, and other social content
• Stay on top of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook trends, algorithms, sounds, and new features
• Capture and repurpose fun, authentic DivaDance content from classes, events, instructors, and members
• Write engaging captions and CTAs that drive comments, DMs, clicks, and bookings
• Monitor and respond to engagement, including following up with new followers, commenters, and warm leads
• Have genuine conversations with potential clients and help get them booked for their first class
• Track content performance and use analytics to understand what's working and what isn't
• Continuously test new content ideas and strategies to grow our reach and engagement

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Gets social media and understands how TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook work
• Loves trends, pop culture, and creating content people actually want to watch
• Is creative, energetic, and comfortable taking initiative
• Understands social media analytics and can turn data into better content
• Is a strong communicator and comfortable starting conversations in DMs
• Can sell without being salesy, robotic, or pushy
• Bonus: Experience with CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or TikTok tools
