DivaDance Columbus is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook and turn attention into studio visits.

You'll create engaging reels and Stories, stay on trend, engage followers, and help convert followers into first-class bookings. You will analyze performance and iterate content to expand reach.

Qualifications

• Get social media savviness across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Loves trends, pop culture, and creating watchable content.
• Be creative, energetic, and proactive.
• Understands analytics and uses data to improve content.
• Strong communicator; comfortable starting conversations in DMs.
• Able to sell without being pushy or robotic.
• Bonus: experience with CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or TikTok tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, post, and manage engaging Reels, Stories, and other social content.
• Stay on top of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook trends, algorithms, sounds, and new features.
• Capture and repurpose authentic DivaDance content from classes, events, instructors, and members.
• Write engaging captions and CTAs that drive comments, DMs, clicks, and bookings.
• Monitor and respond to engagement, including following up with new followers, commenters, and warm leads.
• Have conversations with potential clients and help them book their first class.
• Track content performance and use analytics to understand what's working and what isn't.
• Continuously test new content ideas and strategies to grow reach and engagement.

DivaDance Columbus is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help us grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook and turn that attention into real people walking through our studio doors.

What You'll Do

• Create, post, and manage engaging Reels, Stories, and other social content
• Stay on top of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook trends, algorithms, sounds, and new features
• Capture and repurpose fun, authentic DivaDance content from classes, events, instructors, and members
• Write engaging captions and CTAs that drive comments, DMs, clicks, and bookings

• Have genuine conversations with potential clients and help get them booked for their first class
