Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years hands-on experience managing brand social media channels (consumer electronics, hardware, OR DTC e-commerce background strongly preferred).
• Production skills: shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content using mobile editing tools.
• Platform mastery: deep understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook formats, algorithms, and analytics.
• Creative & analytical mindset: balance storytelling with data-driven decision making to optimize reach, impressions, and engagement rate.

Responsibilities

• Channel & Calendar Management: plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts; keep channels active and on-brand.
• Content Creation & Production: shoot/edit native short-form video and photos; coordinate with designers/editors to produce brand assets.
• Trend Discovery & Creator Activation: monitor trends, pitch ideas with clear rationale, identify tech/lifestyle creators for collaborations.
