Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a creative Social Media Content Specialist to grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

You will manage daily content, calendars, and trend-driven campaigns with a focus on engaging short-form video. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience creating native video content, a strong grasp of platform best practices, and the ability to balance storytelling with measurable results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years hands-on experience managing brand social media channels (consumer electronics, hardware, or DTC e-commerce background strongly preferred).
Production skills: shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content using CapCut, Premiere Rush, or native editors.
Platform Mastery: deep understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook formats, algorithms, and analytics.
Creative & analytical mindset: balance storytelling with data-driven decisions to optimize reach and engagement.

Responsibilities

Channel & Calendar Management: plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Content Creation & Production: shoot and edit native short-form video and photo content; coordinate with designers and copywriters; manage micro-budgets.
Trend Discovery & Creator Activation: monitor trends, pitch ideas, and engage influencers for collaborations.
