Qualifications

• Strong understanding of current and emerging social media platforms and trends.
• Knowledge of sports and pop culture spaces.
• A passion for athletic apparel, fitness, and self-improvement.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work within strict deadlines and under high-pressure situations.
• 1+ year of experience creating content for a brand or personal account.
• 1+ year of Canva or Adobe experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and creative content ideas for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Produce high-quality visual content, focusing on short-form video geared toward engagement and community.
• Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and tone to build a strong brand identity on social media.
• Collaborate with the social media team to develop content in alignment with the brand calendar and social moments.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor content performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices, and pitch these ideas to the team.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
• Use insights to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, partnerships, product design, and content creators.
