Job summary

Watkins Wellness is seeking a Specialist, Social Media Content to join our Marketing team. You’ll create platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, from concept to publication, using mobile tools and AI-assisted workflows.

You’ll help launch campaigns, tell authentic brand stories, engage audiences, and monitor performance to inform optimization with Brand, Creative, and Channel Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• 2–4 years in social media marketing or digital content creation.
• Portfolio of social media content including short-form video.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere/CapCut/Final Cut).
• Experience capturing/editing content with mobile production tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows.
• Portfolio required showcasing social media content creation.

Responsibilities

• Create social-first video, photography, graphics for campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and more.
• Capture, edit, schedule, and publish content using mobile tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Identify real-time opportunities, trends, and platform best practices to stay current.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages in brand voice.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Channel Marketing and Customer Experience teams.
• Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement and reach.
