DAP is seeking a Social Media Specialist to plan, execute and optimize its organic social content across priority platforms. You will contribute to content development, publishing, and community engagement while collaborating with Creative, PR, and Influencer Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content execution roles.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, and best practices.
• Experience creating and publishing content across multiple social channels.
• Familiarity with social media management and reporting tools.
• Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to improve execution.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools for research, content support, or reporting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Draft, schedule, and publish social media content across priority platforms.
• Maintain consistent channel presence, cadence, and platform hygiene.
• Support execution of evergreen and campaign-driven content calendars.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and platform best practices.
• Stay current on platform updates and trends to support execution.
• Translate briefs into actionable content plans and timelines.
• Identify and curate user-generated content for social channels.
• Support integration of UGC into social storytelling and campaigns.
• Maintain accessibility of priority content assets for ongoing use.
• Partner with Creative Services and Studio teams to develop social-first content.
• Provide input on content formats and trends during planning and execution.
• Ensure studio-produced assets are adapted for social platforms.
• Participate in select content capture or studio shoots as needed.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement and moderation.
• Escalate customer or brand issues per guidelines.
• Monitor conversations and share insights with internal teams.
