Job summary

L2 Brands seeks a Social Media & DTC Marketing Specialist to own our organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You’ll plan content, shoot and edit video, grow communities, and drive traffic to our DTC sites.

This onsite role in Hanover, PA melds creative storytelling with data-driven results. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in marketing or social media, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop, or Canva.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or social media.
• Portfolio showing management of brand social accounts with short form video.
• Comfort shooting and editing content with CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop or Canva.
• Understanding of how social drives traffic and sales; Shopify a plus.
• Experience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Strong analytics skills for social and web data.

Responsibilities

• Own the social content calendar across every platform, aligned with launches and campaigns.
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and short form video content.
• Grow and nurture communities, increase followers and engagement, manage comments & DMs.
• Tell the brand story through original and user-generated content.
• Coordinate content with partners for takeovers and co-marketing.
• Track KPIs and report via dashboards; translate data to action.
• Connect social content to DTC sales on L2Brands.com and storefronts.
• Collaborate with merchandising and art teams on product launches.
• Compile monthly/biweekly reports from platforms, GA, and Shopify; derive next steps.
