Advisors Excel is seeking a Social Media Intern to support our Corporate Marketing team in Topeka, KS. The role focuses on community management, content creation, and social strategy, with hands-on experience across platforms, tools, and events at our Topeka headquarters.

You'll audit and energize our private Facebook group for financial advisors, monitor comments, create short-form content, and learn how AI tools can turn long videos into engaging clips.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills and interest in brand voice.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable with Excel and organized project work.
• Capable of capturing photos and videos on a phone.
• Basic video editing skills or willingness to develop them.
• Interest in using AI tools in social media workflows.
• Keeps up with social media trends and engaging content.

Responsabilités

• Audit and improve a private Facebook group for advisors.
• Manage membership lists and audit processes with Excel.
• Monitor comments and DMs across AE social channels.
• Respond within brand voice guidelines.
• Create and repurpose content; capture events and office content.
• Turn long-form videos into short clips using AI tools.
• Identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
