Key Responsibilities

Community Management

• Monitor and engage with audiences across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and brand‑appropriate manner.

• Escalate customer service concerns or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members.
• Identify opportunities for engagement, conversation, and community growth.

Content Creation & Video Production

• Assist in the ideation, planning, and creation of social media content across multiple platforms.
