Job summary

EIC (Experience Internship Canada) seeks a Marketing & Community Management Intern – Social Media & Content Creation to promote our programs and engage social communities. The role involves crafting content that highlights candidate experiences and community life in an international setting.

You will work in our Boston or New York City offices, collaborating with marketing, admissions and event teams, while developing a diverse content portfolio and practical skills.

Qualifications

• You are studying marketing, communications, or content creation.
• You understand social media conventions and enjoy producing content.
• You use visual design or video editing tools, including for personal projects.
• You have strong writing skills and communicate thoughtfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Content calendar: plan posts around campaigns and key moments.
• Creation: produce copy, visuals and short videos tailored to each platform.
• Community management: respond to comments and direct inquiries to the right team.
• Testimonials: collect personal experiences and prepare publication with the necessary permissions.
• Marketing: turn campaign messages into engaging social content.
• Analysis: track engagement, reach and inquiries generated by posts.
• Research: identify formats, topics and trends relevant to our audiences.
• Coordination: work with marketing, admissions and event teams.
