Job summary

Solar Eclipse New York is seeking a highly creative Social Media & Influencer Growth Manager to build and scale our social presence from the ground up. You will own organic growth across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, develop a vibrant creator ecosystem, and drive affiliate and ShopMy partnerships.

You’ll coordinate influencer gifting, product PR, and editorial outreach while turning product launches into audience growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in growth marketing for visual consumer brands.
• Proven track record growing social accounts (IG/TikTok/Pinterest).
• Strong copywriting and content ideation for premium branding.
• Experience with influencer gifting, outreach and relationship mgmt.
• Familiarity with ShopMy or other creator affiliate platforms.
• Data-driven approach to testing, learning and optimization.
• Organized with ability to manage high volumes of launches.

Responsibilities

• Own organic growth strategy across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Develop platform-specific plans with clear audience and engagement goals.
• Create and manage a high-volume, social-first content calendar.
• Plan Reels, TikToks, Stories, Pins and other formats.
• Build creator networks and manage gifting/seed programs.
• Grow ShopMy and affiliate partnerships with key creators.
• Support product PR and editorial outreach to editors and tastemakers.
• Track performance and refine strategy based on data.
