The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a related field, 6+ years of impact management experience, and a strong track record in measuring outcomes and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Environmental Management or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in social impact management, program development, or CSR.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing impact measurement frameworks.
• Strong understanding of socio-economic context of the Western Cape, especially Paarl.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking social enterprise dedicated to sustainable development, is seeking a strategic Social Impact Lead to drive its initiatives in the Paarl, Western Cape area. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring the impact of programs aimed at creating positive social and environmental change. You will work closely with local communities, partner organizations, and internal teams to ensure our efforts are effective, sustainable, and aligned with our mission. Requirements

• Strong understanding of the socio-economic context of the Western Cape, particularly Paarl, Western Cape.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and budgets.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience working in a hybrid model, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
