BCforward is seeking a Social Strategist to own our organic social presence across major platforms, shaping what we publish, who we reach, and the growth we drive.

You will translate strategy into a rolling content calendar, lead video‑first formats, and push bold, native ideas that resonate with audiences.

You’ll build authentic two‑way conversations, manage creator programs, and implement AI‑powered workflows to scale social at pace.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in organic social strategy with hands-on ownership across multiple channels.
• Deep platform fluency (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Reddit) with native content.
• Experience running creator/influencer programs end to end and an AI‑native approach to social workflows.

• Own organic social strategy across multiple platforms and define success metrics.

• Lead on video-first and interactive formats built for how people actually watch.
• Spot and act on real-time trends, moving from idea to published content quickly.
