You will translate insights into compelling concepts, scripts, and briefs, while hands-on creating content and collaborating with teams on performance-driven ideas.

The role focuses on strategy-led execution, content calendar ownership, and driving customer growth in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing creative strategy and social-first content for a consumer brand or fast-moving company.
• Portfolio showing original ideas with measurable results across organic social and paid creative.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; make technical subjects clear and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Own Base’s organic social strategy, content calendar, publishing, and audience engagement.
• Create recurring content series and platform-native posts, including scripting, filming, editing, copywriting, and publishing.
• Develop hooks, scripts, storyboards, and briefs for paid channels, collaborating with designers and editors to guide execution.
• Partner with growth marketing to develop testing hypotheses and interpret performance to improve concepts.
