You will partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable tooling, measure impact, and push the boundaries of what social content can achieve in a consumer-facing brand context.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in organic social strategy with hands-on ownership.
• Proficiency with platform-native content and video formats.
• Experience running creator or influencer programs, including sourcing and briefs.
• Strong writing, tone, clarity, and brevity.
• Data-informed but creative, with dashboards to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy across platforms and define success metrics.
• Translate strategy into a content calendar with consistent platform-native content.
• Lead on video-first formats and real-time trend spotting.
• Build and manage creator/influencer programs from sourcing to measurement.
• Assess and expand the social tech stack for publishing, listening, and analytics.
