Qualifications

• 5+ years of Art Direction and Social Media Content Creation experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for Mac and platform creator tools.
• Strong understanding of social media formats, behaviors, and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-platform design for Meta, TikTok and other digital channels.
• Share insights on trends and opportunities with marketing and creative teams.
• Develop ideas from concept to delivery with longevity and cultural relevance.
• Collaborate with marketing managers and copywriters to fuse words and visuals.
• Storyboard, design, and direct social-first video content when needed.
• Apply AI creative tools to accelerate concepting and production of social content.
• Iterate quickly based on priorities, performance, and platform opportunities.
