Qualifications

6+ years of art direction experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated creative thinking, typography, and composition across digital and traditional media.
Experience presenting and working directly with clients.
Proficiency across Adobe Design Suite; fluency in After Effects and Premiere.
Deep familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and the legalities of AI-generated content in a commercial setting.

Responsibilities

Concept and create strong, compelling ideas that resonate with target audiences.
Design for clients and agency new business efforts within brand guidelines, pushing for design excellence.
Develop concepts aligned with client objectives, ensuring high-quality visual output from ideation to delivery.
Present and defend art direction to leadership and clients, translating feedback into actionable tasks.
Navigate tight deadlines and evolving budgets while preserving vision integrity.
Manage multiple projects with precision and adaptability under pressure.
Mentor junior and mid-level creatives to promote high performance and growth.
Integrate AI tools to accelerate creative lifecycles and generate campaign mockups.
Infuse generative AI into pitches to create hyper-realistic product shots for proposals.
