Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume audience engagement across priority platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads).
• Respond to comments and messages in a warm, clear, accurate voice aligned with brand guidelines.
• Identify when to respond, hold, or escalate for review; support major brand moments.
• Surface recurring themes and audience insights for cross-functional teams.
• Maintain clean tagging, tracking of sentiment, and data in Sprinklr.
