Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Social Creative & Production Manager to define social-first creative for a global technology brand.

You will turn priorities and customer stories into platform-native content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms, collaborating with brand, product marketing, sales, and PR to ensure a consistent voice. You’ll lead ideation and hands-on production of social content, including videos, graphics, and carousels, while embracing AI tools to enhance production

Qualificações

• 7+ years in marketing/communications with 5+ years in social media or digital content.
• Experience building social content for B2B tech/AI/SaaS brands.
• Strong portfolio with social writing, graphics, and short-form video.
• Proficient in design/video tools (Canva, Adobe CC) and editing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling across executives and platforms.
• Experience developing executive social content and thought leadership.
• Ability to identify moments in industry conversations for timely content.
• Ability to work with senior leaders in a fast-moving, matrixed org.
• AI-fluent with thoughtful use of AI tools while maintaining quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ideation and hands-on production of social-first content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube.
• Develop concepts for launches, campaigns, customer stories and industry moments.
• Design and produce graphics, carousels, animations, and short-form videos.
• Write copy, hooks, scripts, captions, and treatments for visuals.
• Adapt campaigns to feel native on each platform; partner with design and production teams.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, PR, and executives on social creative.
• Own projects from brief to delivery; manage timelines and stakeholder feedback.
