Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Social Creative & Production Manager to define social-first creative for a global technology brand. You will lead ideation and hands-on production across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, turning product news and customer stories into platform-native content.

Collaborate with brand, product marketing, sales and PR to ensure a consistent brand voice. You’ll experiment with AI-powered tools while preserving quality and authentic storytelling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall marketing, communications, journalism, or content experience, with at least 5 years focused on social media or digital content.
• Proven experience building social content for a B2B, technology, AI,SaaS, or similarly complex brand.
• Strong portfolio showing social writing and graphics/short-form video.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation and hands-on production of original, social-first content across Zendesk's owned channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
• Develop concepts for product launches, brand campaigns, customer stories, and industry conversations.
• Design and produce social-first graphics, carousels, animations, and short-form videos from concept to delivery.
• Write and collaborate on engaging social copy, hooks, scripts, captions, and treatments.
• Transform complex topics like AI, automation, and service into accessible, visually compelling content.
• Adapt larger brand campaigns to platform-native creative, not just resized assets.
• Partner with internal designers, video producers, and external resources on complex production needs.
