Qualifications

• Graduate coursework in social work may substitute for up to two years of the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Directs, trains, assigns, supervises, and evaluates the work of subordinate employees according to policy.
• Supervises and participates in the preparation and maintenance of reports related to assigned program.
• Assesses the quality of services and monitors program activities to meet goals; conducts periodic home visits.
• Provides guidance to improve efficiency and quality of program operations and services.
• Performs liaison work with other departments and external customers to coordinate efforts and obtain actions.
• Handles complaints and resolves conflicts from external and internal customers.
