Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs, trains, assigns, supervises, and evaluates the work of subordinate employees according to policy.
• Monitors program activities to ensure goals are met and makes periodic home visits to observe interactions with external customers.
• Provides guidance and advice to improve efficiency and quality of program operations and services.
• Performs liaison work and communicates effectively with other departments, governmental entities, and other internal/external customers.
• Handles complaints and resolves conflicts from external and internal customers.
