Job summary

TeamHealth in Tennessee seeks a psychotherapist to deliver clinical assessments, diagnoses and individual psychotherapy in post-acute and long-term care settings. The role offers clinical autonomy, on-site patient care and remote documentation, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends.

You will treat depression, anxiety, trauma and life transitions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across Dyersburg, McKenzie, Martin, Jackson and Union City.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as LPC or LMFT.
• LCSW not considered at this time.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a psychotherapist.

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

• Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday – Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes Dyersburg, McKenzie, Martin, Jackson, and Union City, Tennessee

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated compensation range of $66,828 – $115,490 annuallywith no cap on productivity income
• Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
• Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided
