The Social Content Specialist is responsible for developing and producing high-performing short-form video content across West Shore Home’s digital and social media channels. Reporting to the Video Production Manager, this role sits at the intersection of platform strategy, visual storytelling, and brand identity—driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation through content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels. The Specialist collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative Services, and Sales teams to translate product benefits, customer stories, and promotional messaging into compelling, platform-native content at pace.
