Job summary

West Shore Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Project Review Specialist to verify measurements and photos, ensuring projects are in-scope with correct material quantities for each install.

Responsibilities include reviewing final job data, coordinating with Scheduling for pre-install inspections, and providing a reference measure sheet for purchasing and installers. A commitment to product knowledge of shower and bath lines is required.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:

As a Project Review Specialist at West Shore Home, you will review measurements, pictures taken by In-Home Sales Representatives, and utilize other tools to ensure projects are in-scope and the correct size and quantity of material was sold, will be ordered and/or will be allocated for each install.

Key Role Accountabilities:

• Complete final review and analysis of each job to ensure measure documents, job tier, hours and status are accurate before moving forward.
• Determine when on-site inspections are needed and coordinate with Scheduling Specialists to set pre-installation appointments.
• Responsible for providing an Operations Measure Sheet for the Purchasing team and installers to reference.
• Knowledgeable with all shower and bath product lines and offerings. Must become a product expert.
• Responsible for reviewing measurements, pictures, and scans provided by the In-Home Sales Representatives for all shower and bath jobs.
• High School Diploma required.
• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently on assigned daily tasks.
• Ability to work at a steady pace doing repetitive work.
