Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Purchasing Team Lead to support the Regional Purchasing Manager by ensuring accurate processing of job reviews and compliance with management metrics. This onsite role requires coordinating with Design Consultants, Product Specialists, and Bath Review Specialists to keep the purchasing team on track and responsive to regional needs.

• Proficiently build and manipulate Sales Orders and Purchase Orders for proper product allocation.
• Process shower and bath jobs and related actions to maintain accuracy and revenue targets.
• Review order acknowledgements from vendors for correctness.
• Collect and verify customer product requirements from design and project teams.
• Submit order information to vendors to ensure correct products are procured.
• Maintain knowledge of shower and bath products and processes.

Purpose Of Position

The Purchasing Team Lead will assist the Regional Purchasing Manager in ensuring all job reviews sent from Design Consultants, Product Specialists, and Bath Review Specialists are completed with accuracy in compliance with metrics set by management. This role will need to keep the Purchasing Team on process, properly prioritized; providing coaching, decision making on abnormal circumstances, and communication with the Regional Operations and Sales teams.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Proficient knowledge in building and manipulating Sales Orders and Purchase Orders to reflect proper allocation of products.
• Process shower and bath jobs, services, change orders, and all shower and bath ancillary actions efficiently to maintain a minimum accuracy percentage and revenue target as set by Regional Purchasing Manager within three (3) weeks of hire date.
• Receive order acknowledgements provided by various shower and bath vendors and review for correctness.
• Receive customer product requirements from Design Consultants, Project Specialists, and Bath Review Specialists and review for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit order information to various vendors to ensure correct products are procured.
• Knowledge of all shower and bath products and processes.
