The Purchasing Team Lead will assist the Regional Purchasing Manager in ensuring all job reviews sent from Design Consultants, Product Specialists, and Bath Review Specialists are completed with accuracy in compliance with metrics set by management. This role will need to keep the Purchasing Team on process, properly prioritized; providing coaching, decision making on abnormal circumstances, and communication with the Regional Operations and Sales teams.
