Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a creative Social Content Creator to produce high-impact short-form video content for TP-Link and Tapo. You’ll concept, film, and edit content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, crafting hooks and authentic storytelling that resonates with tech-savvy audiences.

You’ll collaborate with the Social Media Team to test ideas, adapt formats, and drive views, engagement, and viral growth across campaigns and product stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation, social media, short-form video, digital marketing, or creator-led content.
• Proven ability to create engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and/or YouTube Shorts.
• Deep understanding of platform trends, pacing, storytelling, and audience behavior.
• Must have continuous work authorization in the US without the need for visa sponsorships.

Responsibilities

• Create 2-3 short-form videos per week across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Own the full content process: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Stay on top of trends, memes, viral sounds, and creator formats and translate them into brand-relevant content.
• Turn technical topics (WIFI, smart home, gaming, networking) into simple, engaging, social-first content.
• Capture real-time content at events, product launches, trade shows, and office moments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring campaigns and product stories to life in social-native ways.
• Support livestreams, creator partnerships, and special projects as needed.
• Analyze performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement, shares) and apply insights to improve future content.
• Experiment continuously with new formats, hooks, and storytelling styles.
• Create longer-form (3-5minute) explainer videos for product and retail use.
