TP-Link Systems Inc. in Irvine is seeking a creative Social Content Creator to produce high-impact short-form video content for two brands: TP-Link and Tapo.

In this role, you'll concept, film, and edit engaging content designed for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You understand what makes people stop scrolling: strong hooks, fast pacing, authentic storytelling, and content that earns shares and saves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2-4 years experience in content creation or social media.
• Proven ability to create engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of platform trends, pacing, storytelling, and audience behavior.

Responsibilities

• Create 2-3 short-form videos per week across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Own the full content process: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Translate trends and memes into brand-relevant content.
• Turn technical topics into simple, social-first content.
• Capture real-time content at events, product launches, and offices.
• Collaborate with teams to bring campaigns to life online.
• Support livestreams, creator partnerships, and special projects.
• Analyze performance metrics and apply insights to improve future content.
• Experiment with new formats and storytelling styles.
• Create longer-form explainer videos for product and retail use.
