Media A La Carte NYC is seeking a Community + Content Manager to handle daily inbound management and outbound engagement across client social accounts. You will respond to comments and DMs in brand voices, identify viral opportunities, and help shape content strategies for MALC/SALC.

Reporting to the Account Director, you will collaborate with the CEO/Founder and Production + Content Assistant to craft content, film reels and TikToks, and ensure every post aligns with brand guidelines and agency

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in social media management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, PR, Communications, or related field.
• Ability to maintain multiple brand voices in inbound and outbound engagement.
• Passion for community management and identifying viral content opportunities.
• Ability to ideate, film, and edit content in brand voices for MALC/SALC accounts.
• On-camera filming lip-sync trends with proper lighting and angles.
• Strong video editing skills for social media content.
• Must be local to Manhattan for in-person filming.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily inbound management and outbound engagement within varying client brand voices.
• Escalate comments, messages, or tagged photos needing attention by SMM or client.
• Identify viral content and industry conversations for client accounts to engage in.
• Track inbound and outbound efforts using client spreadsheets and PM platforms.
• Collaborate with CEO/Founder to craft MALC/SALC social strategies from ideation to posting.
