tarte cosmetics is seeking a Social Assistant to the Founder & CEO for part-time work in the Key Largo area. You will help create content, manage calendars, and grow the CEO’s social platforms, with onsite work 2 times per week in the Florida Keys.

The role requires social media experience, strong video editing (Capcut) and a deep understanding of major platforms. Weekend/evening availability and hybrid onsite flexibility are needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a role involving social media management.
• Strong video & editing skills (Capcut, TikTok, Instagram).
• In depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat & trends.
• Flexibility in work hours; available weekends & evenings; travel often.
• Hybrid onsite in greater Florida Keys area; commute from Miami 2x per week.

tarte cosmetics is looking for a social-savvy, creative & organized social assistant who has experience in social media & content calendar coordination. This role will work onsite 2 times a week (flexible) in the Key Largo area (& able to commute from Miami), creating content & helping grow our CEO’s social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with filming, editing & posting social content
• Content brainstorming & copywriting
• Organizing the CEO’s social calendar
• Managing CEO’s social profiles & accounts like Amazon storefront & LTK & Shopmy
• Community management on all social platforms
• Additional PA responsibilities including handling: packages, returns, orders, etc.
