Job summary

TOCA Football is hiring a part-time TOCA Soccer Trainer in Naperville, IL. You’ll coach players, deliver our tech-enabled training curriculum, and guide development through structured pathways while keeping sessions engaging and fun.

As a TOCA Trainer, you’ll work evenings and weekends, lift and move equipment, and build strong relationships with players and families. You’ll contribute to a positive, energetic atmosphere that reflects TOCA’s values of excellence, innovation, and community.

Qualifications

Soccer coaching experience at youth, college, or pro levels is preferred.
Passion for coaching and helping players develop skills.
Energy to work in afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
Willingness to be active, move, lift, and assist during sessions.

Responsibilities

On-field coaching and player development sessions (50%).
Team captain: build relationships with players, parents, and coaches; keep clients engaged.
Off-the-field: track progress with Training Manager and adapt methods for growth.
Maintain a clean, welcoming facility and uphold TOCA’s values of excellence, innovation, and community.
