Job summary

New England Revolution seeks a part-time team member to support game day operations and guest services at Gillette Stadium. You will work closely with the Hospitality & Administration Manager and staff to ensure smooth pre-game, in-game and postgame activities.

The role emphasizes organization, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills. Soccer enthusiasm is preferred; must be 18+, available for a large portion of home games, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of working experience.
• Must be available part-time, committing to a minimum of 75% of games throughout the regular season.
• Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a sense of accountability.
• Knowledge and passion of the sport of soccer is preferred.
• The successful candidate would be outgoing, dependable, trustworthy and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Additional relevant education, training or experience is a bonus.
• Must be 18 years or age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of game days and special events.
• Help with the coordination of pre-game, in-game and postgame guest experiences.
• Assist with pre-game and in-game youth soccer and hospitality events.
• Deliver first-class customer service to all guests at the stadium.
• Work on special projects and assignments as business dictates.
