Job summary

The New England Revolution is seeking a Fan & Community Engagement Associate to support the marketing team with daily tasks. The role requires a personable, professional demeanor, strong organization, and a solutions‑oriented approach to customer service.

On match days you will assist with promotions and events, help develop engaging fan experiences, and support Junior Revs initiatives while coordinating multiple projects and maintaining inventory. A background in internships is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Prior internship experience preferred.
• Must be well organized and detail oriented.
• Capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a strong creative drive.
• Knowledge of and passion for soccer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and implementation of fan and community engagement goals.
• Assist with promotions and on-site events on Revolution match days.
• Collaborate to initiate ideas, research, and execute club promotions.
• Support fan engagement promotions and events in New England.
• Assist with Junior Revs membership data input and promotions.
• Help manage inventory of marketing and autographed items.
• Research club and league initiatives to enhance the Revolution brand.
• Undertake special projects as needed.
