Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7+ years of related work experience; ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Account Managers and Clinical Specialists.
• Develop and execute the commercial sales strategy to meet region revenue targets.
• Drive contracting efforts and negotiate hospital contracts in the region.
• Ensure adherence to company values, ethics and policies.
• Provide market feedback to inform sales and marketing programs.
