Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible work experience in Tachycardia/Bradycardia product areas or related discipline, including direct CRM product sales experience.
• Proven sales and clinical performance in cardiology/cardiovascular field.
• Ability to lead workstreams and initiatives with critical thinking.
• Ability to direct and mentor direct reports in sales objectives and outcomes.
• Experience in a quality system environment and vendor credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct regional CRM sales for Abbott products/services within a defined region.
• Lead and coach territory managers and clinical specialists to build a high-performing team.
• Develop sales strategies, forecasts, and regional budgets.
• Oversee contract negotiations, customer engagement, and quarterly goals.
• Drive cross-functional partnerships with marketing, training, enterprise accounts and clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with policies and drive continuous improvement in customer support.
